The department of buildings and grounds is divided into three divisions.

• The maintenance division is responsible for the installation, repair and upkeep of all the real estate appurtenances, electrical systems, mechanical systems and environmental systems.
• The custodial division is responsible for the day to day cleaning, waxing, and care of the overall appearance and presentation of the facility.
• The grounds division maintains the sports fields, parking lots, roadways, lawns and gardens.

It is the primary goal of buildings and grounds to induce pride in our facilities via appearance, form and function. Our facilities are intended to seamlessly interface with the educational process and the community providing an invisible envelope in which the facilities full potential may be realized by the greatest number. To that end we encourage any and all feedback from faculty, students and members of the community.
